This policy explains what information ZyphoraVpn collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The ZyphoraVpn app does not require registration, and we do not collect your name, email address or password.
- No activity logs: we do not record the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries through the VPN.
- Server list requests: when the app loads the list of servers, our web server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for operation, security and abuse prevention. These are kept only briefly.
- Accounts (future versions): if we introduce optional accounts, we will update this policy first and explain what is collected.
2. How we use information
- to provide, operate and secure the Service;
- to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
- to understand usage and capacity so we can improve server quality;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
The app may show advertisements. If an ad provider is added, it may collect device identifiers under its own privacy policy, and we will update this page accordingly.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that host or help operate the Service, and with authorities when legally required or to protect our rights and users.
5. Retention
Technical server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation, then deleted.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request its deletion, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
