These Terms govern your use of the ZyphoraVpn mobile application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ZyphoraVpn provides a virtual private network that routes your internet traffic through servers we operate or make available. Server availability, locations and speeds may change at any time and are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least 13 years old, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, malware or run phishing, fraud or hacking activity;
• access, distribute or produce child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
• attack, overload or probe our servers or other networks;
• resell or share access to the Service without our permission.

We may suspend or block access if we believe these rules are being broken.

4. Accounts

Where accounts are offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes where practical.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. A VPN does not make you anonymous or protect you from every threat, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyphoraVpn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
